Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Arrive any time after that — check-in is self-service with a door code, so there’s no front desk to coordinate with and no rush to get here by a certain hour.

We send you a door code before arrival. Let yourself in whenever you get here — no keys to collect, no one to meet. We’re reachable by text or phone throughout your stay.
No. Colony Suites is apartment-style lodging, not a hotel, so there’s no staffed reception. We’re contactable by phone and text at 907-202-5020.
Sometimes, depending on the cleaning schedule and whether the suite is booked either side of your stay. Ask us and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible for your dates.
Eleven. Nine are one-bedroom, one-bathroom suites, and two are upscale three-bedroom, two-bathroom suites.
Yes — every suite has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. Guests on longer stays tell us this is the feature that makes the biggest difference.
Yes. Every suite has its own free washer and dryer. No shared laundry room, no coins.
Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi in every suite, and a dedicated workspace if you need to get some work done.
Plush bed linens and pillow-top mattresses, towels, complimentary toiletries including shampoo and soap, kitchen cookware and dishes, and either a bathtub or a shower depending on the suite.
